So I have this on-again, off-again relationship with excercise. I believe in it, I really do. I love it when I do it, but when I get out of practice, it just seems too much to deal with, not worth it, or just plain too much work (I forget about that fabulous euphoria I get after a great workout). And it is SOOO hard to get back in the swing of things again. I'm such a creature of habit.
Today I started a pilates class and I have a twitter-pated springtime crush! I am on-again, at least for the time-being. I have this feeling that once I can move my abdomen, I will be right back in the studio, working my core and breathing like a fool. I LOVE this stuff!
